Arrabbiata means "angry" in Italian, and this sauce, made with crushed hot red chile peppers, garlic and onion, is indeed very spicy. Best served with hearty, long cut pasta such as bucatini or Fettuccine.

The personal recipe of Nicolina Gianlugi , the sauce is made with produce from the family farm near Moscufo, Italy.
